How to make a student ID card
- Enter the school name, student name, class and roll number on the Content tab.
- Add the student photo and school logo on the Photo & Logo tab.
- Choose a template and colours, and set the principal / signature label for the back side.
- Download PNG or PDF — or the A4 sheet to print many cards at once.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make ID cards for the whole class?
Yes. Save one card, use Duplicate in My Cards and change only the name, roll number and photo.
Which size is used?
CR80 (54 × 85.6 mm), the standard size for PVC and paper ID cards.
Is student data safe?
All data stays in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. Use the backup file to move cards to another device.
Can I add a school logo?
Yes, upload it on the Photo & Logo tab. A transparent PNG works best.
