How to make a employee ID card
- Enter the company name, employee name, designation and ID number on the Content tab.
- Upload a passport-style photo and your logo on the Photo & Logo tab, then zoom and move the photo to fit.
- Pick a template and colours on the Design tab.
- Switch to Back to check the address and terms, then download PNG or PDF.

Frequently asked questions
What is the ID card size?
CR80 (54 × 85.6 mm), the same as a bank card, so it fits standard PVC card printers and holders.
How do I print on a PVC card?
Download the PDF at exact card size and send it to your card printer, or print the A4 sheet on thick paper and laminate.
Can I make cards for many employees?
Create one card, press Save, then Duplicate it from My Cards and edit the details for each person.
Is the photo uploaded to a server?
No. The photo is processed in your browser and stays on your device.
